Logistics & Show Services

Rogers coordinates the logistics and show services that keep your installation organized, on track and moving forward.

Our logistics team helps you navigate the complexities of shipping, material handling/drayage, I&D, utilities, rigging and more. With extensive knowledge of venues, local ordinances, labor regulations and show management, we can help coordinate the services needed for your installation.

Our team is available 24/7 to address issues quickly and support your needs during weekend and after-hours set-up, teardown and show times.

Install & Dismantle (I&D) – As an experienced trade show fabricator, we specialize in efficient display installation and dismantling. From booth setup to teardown, we handle your display properties with the utmost care. We know how important it is to ensure everything works as it should and looks outstanding for your key stakeholders, customers and prospects.

Field Services – When you utilize Rogers as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), we send a team of professionals to your event. These experts have the knowledge and experience to support your team before, during and after the exhibition. From troubleshooting to scheduling to communicating with Show Services, the General Contractor and other subcontractors, our team is on-site to help ensure your success.

Labor Management – Rogers takes the hassle out of executing your event by providing critical labor management and efficient workflow throughout the show. As an integral part of your account team, our onsite team knows what’s expected and how to deliver.

Transportation and Shipment Tracking – Rogers works with a variety of preferred freight carriers to ensure your display properties arrive on time and at the right location. Whether shipping your trade show booth to an advance warehouse or directly to the event venue, we efficiently pack and crate for secure, cost-effective transport and material handling at the show. We can also provide delivery updates so you stay informed and can plan your team’s schedules accordingly.

Transshipping to Other Shows – Moving exhibit displays from show to show while maintaining rigorous move-in and move-out dates requires attention to detail and precise handling of your booth properties. Rogers leverages its network of freight carriers, labor managers and field service personnel to transport your assets from event to event.

Warehousing & Asset Management

Managing exhibit and display assets takes more than just storage space. It requires visibility, organization and a plan for keeping every property ready for its next use. Our Mentor, Ohio headquarters includes 205,000 square feet of climate-controlled office, shop and warehouse space. Our Las Vegas, Nevada facility adds 15,000 square feet of production and storage space.

Dedicated client display storage, graphic libraries and online inventory tools help keep your display properties organized, accessible and ready for the next event. Through our online portal, you can access real-time inventory tracking, detailed item information, order tracking and customized reporting.

Before an event, our pull-and-check process assesses exhibit components, identifies wear or repair needs, completes minor touch-ups and cleaning, and tests interactive elements before they return to use.
